Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your S Mobile Wireless purchase. Most devices and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Device must be in original packaging with all included accessories.
- Device must show no signs of damage beyond normal handling.
- Activation fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Service plans
Monthly plan charges are not pro-rated when you cancel. If you cancel within 7 days of activation and have used less than 750MB of data, 50 minutes of voice, or 50 outgoing texts, we'll refund your first month's charge.
How to start a return
Email customerservice@smobilewireless.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned device.
Defective devices
If your device is defective on arrival or fails within the manufacturer warranty period, we'll arrange a free replacement. See the Warranty section of our Terms for full details.
Restocking fee
Devices returned in original condition within 14 days are not subject to a restocking fee. Devices returned with missing accessories, original packaging, or showing more than normal handling may incur a restocking fee of up to $35, deducted from the refund.
Items not eligible for return
- Digital products: eSIM activations, mobile top-ups, ringtones, and gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-engraved devices and accessories.
- Earbuds, headphones, or other personal-use items once removed from sealed packaging, except for warranty defects.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To switch to a different model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive current pricing and promotions.
Refund processing time
Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of delivery to our warehouse), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Promotions, bundles, and bill credits
If a returned item was part of a promotion, bundle, or earned bill credits (e.g., trade-in or new-line credits), the related promotional value or credits may be reversed or pro-rated. Bundle returns require all included items unless we authorize a partial return.
How to start a return — step by step
- Email customerservice@smobilewireless.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid label.
- Pack the device in its original box with all accessories.
- Drop the package off at the carrier indicated on the label within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
- Track the return; you'll receive an email when it's received and again when the refund is issued.
