Who is eligible for the Ownership Rewards™ Program?+
Any active S Mobile Wireless customer with a postpaid or prepaid plan can join the Ownership Rewards™ Program for free.
How do I earn points?+
You earn points automatically each month for staying active (100 pts), paying on time (50 pts), referring friends who activate (500 pts), and adding new services like extra lines, home internet, or VoIP (300 pts).
How do tiers work?+
Your tier is based on how long you've been an S Mobile Wireless customer. You start at Bronze (0–3 months), move to Silver (3–6 months), Gold (6–12 months), and Platinum (12+ months). Higher tiers earn points faster with multipliers up to 3×.
What can I redeem points for?+
Points can be redeemed for bill credits: 1,000 points = $5, 2,500 points = $15, or 5,000 points = $35 off your monthly bill.
Do my points expire?+
Points do not expire as long as your S Mobile Wireless account remains active. If your account is deactivated, points will be forfeited after 90 days.
Can I combine rewards with other promotions?+
Yes! Ownership Rewards™ bill credits can be stacked with multi-line discounts and any ongoing promotions.
